When recent storms hit the South Devon coast, many properties experienced serious tree damage — including a large estate near Teignmouth, where three tall spruce trees had been uprooted and tangled in the crown of a neighbouring ash tree.

DTG Trees & Grounds was called in urgently to assess and resolve the situation. Our experienced team, including two of our own operatives and two highly skilled subcontractors, arrived on site with over 50 years of combined expertise in tree removal, dismantling, and MEWP operations.

The damaged spruces were safely dismantled using advanced rigging techniques and aerial access equipment. The ash tree had also suffered extensive damage and required felling to make the site safe. Our team worked efficiently and professionally, completing the work with full site clearance and timber processing — all while ensuring the safety of the property and its residents.
